Dividend Distribution Announcement

In accordance with the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) under the second agenda item, notice is hereby given that the Company will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to Shareholders in the amount of IDR 390,310,636,625, or 68.06% of the net profit attributable to the owners of the Parent Entity.

The dividend to be paid shall be offset against the interim dividend payments previously distributed, as detailed below:
